Course 4 - Non-Disclosure and Course Policies Agreement

By clicking on "I Agree" below, the Student agrees to the terms and conditions of this agreement as follows:

Unless otherwise noted, the National Resource Center on Supportive Housing and Home Modification (Center) at the University of Southern California holds copyrights to all material contained within the Online Home Modification Courses, and these rights at all times remain with the Center.

The Student has paid course fees determined by the Center. These fees are solely for access to and use of the information contained in the Courses, and only in the setting of the Courses. By accepting fees and granting access to Courses, the Center in no way implies transfer of ownership or copyright in the Courses to the Student.

Requirements:

1. Students who wish to take a course that occurs later than their original enrollment must notify the Program Office (emailing homemods@usc.edu) at least 24 hours in advance of the course start time/day.

2. Students must submit the first assignment of the course during the first 48 hours of the course and must submit all assignments within each lecture's designated time period.

3. If the student does not submit their assignments during the first week of the course and has not notified the instructor of any extenuating circumstances, the Program Office reserves the right to remove the student from the current course offering and enroll the student in the next course offering. No refunds will be given.

This Privacy Statement discloses how the USC Andrus Gerontology Center collects, uses and safeguards the personal information you provide to us.

INFORMATION COLLECTION AND USE

The personal information you provide us will be used by for purposes of providing you with University of Southern California program information you request and program coursework. We do not sell or rent any personal data submitted to any third party.

DECLINING EMAIL COMMUNICATIONS

In the event it is determined that the Executive Certificate Program is not the right fit for you, your contact information will be maintained in our Database but only used to send you any new course announcements. To request non-communication, send an email to homemods@usc.edu and your name will be removed from such distribution.

Complaint Policy:

Any complaints about the Program should be submitted to the Program Office: homemods@usc.edu. If students have a problem that cannot be resolved internally, they may file a complaint about USC with their state of residence by referring to a list provided on USC's web site: http://uscnow.usc.edu/resource/
